Whether your evening is at a new build near Sunseeker Resort or a longtime home off Tamiami Trail, the experience comes to you, fully handled from first course to final cleanup.

We booked a 5 course dinner for 7 and everything was planned to the letter. James showed up to our home in Punta Gorda with fresh local sourced foods and ingredients ready to prepare.

Just as we had requested everything from the wonderfully prepared fresh red snapper to the homemade pallet censer Lime Sorbet even the organic risotto, was free from any seed oils or processed ingredients.

Every plate was perfectly presented and he took the time to explain each dish, it's origins and how it was prepared right there in our kitchen.
Our guests were uncannily silent during each course just savoring each one.
We were uncertain of wine choices but not Caracara's James he even gave us a rundown of which ones to pick out to purchase for the meal. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY! and the compliments were flying from our wonderful guest's.
Thank you James and Caracara Culinary service for a memorable evening for us and our guests we look forward to doing it again soon.
