Menu and Catering fee:
Enclosed are suggested menu selections and prices. Please note that all prices are subject to 7% sales tax.
Number Guarantees:
The final count for guests attending must be given no less than 72 hours prior to the date of the function. In the event that fewer people attend, you will be charged for your guaranteed amount.
Deposits and Payment:
A 25% deposit is required at the time of your confirmed reservation and signed contract. Full payment is due the day of the event, minus the deposit.
Deposit Refund Policy:
Once the contract has been signed, we have made a commitment to hold the date exclusively for you. Should you decide to cancel, our policy is as follows:
- 30+ days prior to your event: 100% of your deposit will be refunded
- 7-14 days prior to your event: 50% of your deposit will be refunded
- Within 7 Days of event: 0-25% of your deposit will be refunded
